Aweta GM 4-11 grader, Stas water unloader and 10 packing tables for apples and pears

• Sorts by weight and diameter (does not sort by colour)
• Type of grading machine: Cup G 4-11
• Also suitable for avocados, mangos and citrus.

Includes 10 packing belts:

• 2 Stas combi belt sets where each packing belt has two built-in weighing scales. This gives each combi belt set 4 scales. There is a conveyor belt in the middle to dispose of full boxes. 
• 2 Stas double packing belts (short version)
• 2 Stas double pack belts (long version)

Stas water unloader for bins with apples and pears

• Dumper has buffer system for 6 full and 6 empty crates (maximum 3 stacked high) with chains
• The water dumper is equipped with a bottom especially for pears, where the bottom rises and also empties the sinking fruit.
• Including sponge dryer
• The water dumper is in an L-shaped configuration

Realistic capacity: 4,000 KG per hour (with apples)

Available from April 2023.

Will receive service before expert disassembly.
