Bijlsma Hercules Jumbo 2400 receiving hopper guarantees both gentle handling of your crop and efficient receiving. An articulated construction on the receiving side of the unloading floor ensures an optimally dosed transition between receiving hopper and soil screening device. The unloading floor consists of two very heavy roller chains between which transverse cleats are mounted. Because the polyester-nylon fabric is mounted with overlength over the flights, a favourable carrying effect is created. The unloading floor is driven by an electric motor mounted directly on the gearbox. This results in improved power transmission. The unloading floor speed is infinitely adjustable. and is enhanced by an automatic capacity control unit. This control unit is coupled to the frequency converter and consists of a sensor for ultrasonic layer thickness measurement and a PLC controller.
