E.R.C. knivetopper for onions
E.R.C. knive topper for onions with 2 knives This onion topper with 2 knives is specialy designed for cutting of the tops / leafs of the onions or bulbs. The knive topper don't deduct the leafs, but are cut by the rapidly turning knives. Special vibrators puts motion on the sieves with a targeted number of vibrations. So the onions are floating above the sieves. Due to the high rotational speed and the special shape of the blades results in a strong air current. As a result the leaves of the onions are pulled down between the bars of the sieve and are cut just below the sieve.
