Jamafa wrapping sealing machine for roses.

This sealing machine makes a plastic film in a cylindrical shape around bunches of roses. The top and bottom of the bunches will still be open and have the same diameter.

Dimensions of rose sealer:

Adjusting tight foil to the bunch

In order to be able to pack sufficiently tightly, the rolls should be lying on the drive rollers with film of a certain weight. An almost empty roll will, depending on the weight of the roses, sometimes have to be weighted down by sliding one of the supplied round weights into the core of the roll.

To adjust the tightness of the packaging, a sensor on the cylinder below the film drive roller can be adjusted. This causes the wedge to be pulled away between the valves and the valve to clamp the foil sooner. The packaging is then unloaded. 

The machine is still at the seller's premises. For the offered price, the machine will be transported to Duijndam Machines where it will be checked and, if necessary, repaired.
