  • Gentle filling of fruit and vegetables in boxes
  • For boxes of 120 x 100 cm
  • Destacking of empty boxes
  • Stacking of filled boxes
  • Stand alone machine with own electric controls 

How the Burg automatic box filler works:

  • Empty boxes will be put on driven roller conveyor. Empty boxes will be destacked.
  • The lowest box comes automatic in inclined filling position
  • Filling elevator fills the box (with product sensor)
  • When the box is full and ready it will be stacked

This machine has been used for filling peppers in boxes of 120 x 100 x 75 cm. 

But it is also suitable for fruit and vegetables like onions, potatoes, carrots, oranges, flowerbulbs, ect.
