This picking model has a single 4-knives stripping head. Pre-cut stalks of sprouts are hand-fed into the opened strippingknives. Wich open by a foot pedal. The operator then releases the stalk and gripping wheels pull it through the knives. The sprouts and leaves are stripped from the stalk and get separated. The stalk / stem passes through the machine and it leaves the unit at the rear of the machine.
