Aweta Easypal palletizer

Aweta EasyPal is an automated palletizing solution from Aweta, designed for fruit and vegetable packing lines. It automatically stacks filled boxes, crates, or trays onto pallets, reducing manual labor and improving packing-line efficiency.

In the current setup, the palletizers were installed in a single line, allowing empty pallets to be supplied by a pallet trolley from one central pallet magazine with gantry crane. This central pallet feed system is optionally available when purchasing 2 or more palletizers.

• Pallet transport trolley that runs underneath the palletizers
• Conveyor track integrated into the floor
• Gantry for pallet supply
