Baekelandt PRA leek harvester automatic ,extended model ,double row filling

This machine is equipped with adjustable forks, allowing it to place a double row of leeks into the crates. It can easily position two rows of leeks in 160 cm potato boxes. Of course, the machine is also suitable for standard leek racks. Depending on the requirement, it can place either one or two rows in the box, as shown in the video. The machine is currently set up for 160x120x120 cm boxes, but it can be easily adapted to other sizes.

The machine was built in 2021 and has been in use since 2022. It is an automatic box filler with hydraulic torpedoes equipped with leaf-cutting blades, a shaker in the digging knife, and another shaker under the clamping belts. It also features peeling brushes and its own hydraulic system with a PTO pump. Technically, the machine is in good condition. The bearings in the shaker and digging knife have recently been replaced. The clamping belts are still in good shape, although the last filling belts are slightly dried out.
