Elpress crate washer

This crate washer has a capacity of approximately 530 crates per hour and is suitable for crate sizes up to approximately 60 x 60 x 30 cm. The machine features an adjustable speed and operates on a 400 V / 50 Hz power supply. The nominal power is approximately 38 kW and the required fuse is 3 × 80 A.

The machine is equipped with its own heating system and reaches a maximum temperature of 70–80°C. The required water pressure is 3 bar. The construction is made entirely of stainless steel.

The washing zones are equipped with a recirculation system. The machine features removable filters, high-pressure spray nozzles, and a hood with service hatches. Operation is possible by one person from one side.
