Shock Cooling Bath for White Asparagus

The shock cooling bath is manufactured from food-grade plastic and is insulated on the outside. Thanks to its high pump capacity, all crates are cooled evenly. The bath is equipped with a dirt trap with a pre-chamber, electronic ice formation control, and large, easy-to-clean water drains. The model is protected as a utility model.

The system is designed to rapidly reduce the temperature of white asparagus from a field temperature of approximately 22°C to 1°C. A continuous and gentle ice water bath is used to prevent damage to the delicate asparagus during the rapid cooling process.
