Proseal GT2sX Twin top seal packaging machine with 2 printers

The Proseal GT2sX Twin is an automatic, high-speed twin-lane tray sealing machine, intended for high-volume production. 

This machines has been used for soft fruits, such as strawberries, cherries and grapes. With this machine you can pack a wide range of product in top sealed trays, such as (cut) vegetables, tomatoes, meat, poultry and fish.

Specifications:

• Configuration: twin lane
• Capacity: up to 18–20 cycles per minute. With the current 2 x 4 cassette configuration, this corresponds to approximately 150 trays per minute.
• Automatic inline tray sealer
• Currently with 2 x 4 cassettes 
• 2 x ICE Zodiac HS foil printers (dealer Automator)
• Suitable for pre-printed film 
• Maximum film width 50 cm 
• Winding system for waste film

This Proseal GT2sX can be offered with a Proseal SlipStream lane divider and an MC002 weighing line with a Dutch Weighing Systems weighing system.
