Compas 4 line row aligner for bulbs

The row aligner ensures that the bulbs are divided into 4 rows (on the weighing and counting machine) The bulbs are conveyed alongr by the rotary motion of the long stainless steel rollers. The large roller diameter ensures that the bulbs are always positioned in the valleys between the adjacent rollers. The roller bed runs at an angle in a downward direction and is driven by vibratory motors that force the bulbs in forward direction

If desired, the row aligner can be used in conjunction with a singulator (for the weighing and counting machine).
