Baekelandt leek peeling and washing machine
Baekelandt leek cleaning/peeling and washing machine
Completely hydraulically driven, with a hydraulic power pack with electrical motor.
The leek has to be put on a conveyor at the start of the machine. The leaves are cut off with rotating knives (clean cut). Then the leek goes through 2 rotating peeling tumbles with many peeling fingers, wich takes the dirty leaves and pulls them off.
