Holaras knive topper for onions with 2 blades
This 2 blade onion topper is specially designed for cutting of the tops of the onions or bulbs. By this knife topper the tails of the onions are not deducted, but they are cut by the rotory knives. Special vibrators with a targeted number of vibrations put the sieves with the onions on top in motion. Due to the high rotational speed and the special shape of the blades, a strong air is created. This air current sucks the tails through the sieves and cuts off just below the sieve.

- Selfmade housing, which makes the machine a closed topper
- Space between the bars of the sieves: 30 and 20 mm
