Completely hydraulically driven, with a hydraulic power pack with an electrical motor.

The leek has to be put on a conveyor at the start of the machine. The leek goes through 2 rotating peeling tumbles with many peeling fingers, which takes the dirty leaves and pulls them off. The leaves are cut off with rotating knives (clean cut).
